Matt S the service manager went above and beyond any expectations I had as I was traveling from Dallas when my transmission started acting up and he fought to get everything covered under my extended warranty and did the work in a timely manor. He also gave me daily updates while waiting for the parts to get in.
I had a terrible experience with Jacob Mecham at Freeway Chevy. He was rude, dishonest, and sarcastic about the damage to my C8 Corvette tail light. Jacob first admitted that he and his service team altered and deleted information, then claimed hairline cracks in my tail light came from “car wash soap.” Later he said he didn’t know how the cracks happened—but still refused to cover it under warranty.

Unacceptable Experience – Dishonest Service Department
If I could give a negative star rating, I would. My recent experience with the service department at Freeway was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I brought in my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado due to a brake issue. The diagnosis was a bad brake master cylinder, which was fortunately covered by the extended warranty I purchased (a nearly $3,000 repair). However, the service advisor, Matt Shakespeare, told me that all the brakes and rotors were completely shot due to this issue and quoted me $1,894.57 to replace them all. Deceptive / Fraudulent pricing at best ... we were interested in purchasing an EV at this dealership. The advertised price said originally $25,395 with a $6,131 discount leaving a total of $19,264. The disclosure said final pricing ws $20,221 with taxes, title, etc. So when arriving to check it out things changed drastically and they wouldn't honor their own internet pricing. Bear in mind this was a 2021 vehicle, they claimed to have added a clear bra, and some protective molding for doors, etc. Normally one would expect these add-ons to be on a new vehicle, not a 3 yr. old trade in. There was some confusion about all of the discounts and fees that went into my offer and after expressing concerns the dealership reached out to clear it up immediately. I appreciated the care that was put into making sure I was happy and that all of my questions were answered.

This place is a nightmare. Sold us a new car with a cracked transmission and then made the whole experience of getting it replaced a nightmare. They are rude, condescending, not truthful - kept us in circles from the moment we walked in. Awful experience and I will make sure no one I know comes here.

I recently came back from a trip needing an oil change and tire rotation, I called and was able to get the vehicle in the same day! They recommended the 45,000 mile service which was $$$ but required. My car also needed an alignment. I left a couple hours later with everything fixed and riding like new! My only dealership I will deal with in the Phoenix area! Always a great experience with the Freeway crew!
We were searching for a new Trax and because Freeway is close by we chose to stay in our community. It was a great experience because they treated us like family. They notified us as soon as the new Trax came in and worked with us to make it fit our budget. We love our new Trax and our neighborhood Freeway dealership. Great experience from booking to pick up. Shopped for a high rated dealer service department, found Freeway, and drove across town to try. Totally worth. Online booking was easy. Facilities are clean. Everyone was attentive and helpful. Communication and work was great. My wife has been trying working with another dealer to get a simple item fixed and it's been terrible, so she'll be bringing her Silverado to Freeway from now on.
I made the appointment on line and it was very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Straight forward service department, my representative was easy to work with and the technicians did a great job and were very communicative during the repair process. Will return but hopefully not soon.

I was looking for a specific vehicle and after contacting Erica and discussing what features I was looking for she immediately sent a text with pictures with a vehicle that matched many of my requirements. I set up and appointment with her the following day. She was a joy to work with. Erica is very knowledgeable, honest, and genuine. I had an inoperable Automatic Seat Adjuster (2-Seat Memory Setting). Clayton Mahon, Main Line Service Advisor, and Jacob Golder, Lead Tech, went above and beyond in diagnosing the root cause! They could have taken the easy route, treated the symptom & recommended replacing the pricy motor under the seat or the door switch. No, they put the customer first, stayed after closing hours & discovered the root cause was a simple bad ground wire connection. Thank you Clayton & Jacob!!
If you come here, I HIGHLY recommend working with Anas. He's respectful, hard working, honest, communicative, everything you want in a car salesman. He went above and beyond for us and he genuinely cares about what you're looking for. We live pretty far out and have a toddler so it's hard for us to go down to a car dealership but he made everything work over the phone and was in contact with me consistently and made sure we got what we were looking for. I truly hope he gets all the credit (and compensation) he deserves.

Service was provided as scheduled on time and an estimate was provided prior to the work being done. Shane Hall my service advisor kept me updated on the status of the service. The service provided was satisfactory. Pricing is an issue specifically on parts that can be easily purchased at any auto parts store. The dealership has a right to me a profit but price gouging on oil changes, air and cabin filters and wiper blades is not ethical especially when the dealer labor rates are already higher than most repair shops. C'mon Freeway give us a break.

If I could give a zero star I would. I spent 5 hours and drove 60 miles round trip to be used, abused and insulted during a cash offer to purchase a new car. They advertised the new car online for a MSRP of $48,885 with $1750 savings for a sales price of $47,135. After driving the car and ready to deal I thought ok I could try negotiating a lower price than the $47,135 or just pay full price of $47,135 plus tax, doc fees and license.

I visited the dealership based on an online pricing process, for both my trade-in and a new car (trailblazer), I received a call from a certain 'Mike' to finish the paper work. During my visit I asked the dealer to quote me an out to door price for a Trailblazer Aktiv, but the difference was $ 4,000 between my expectation and theirs. I left without making a deal. They were courteous and professional. I was treated fairly and the vehicle was a good value.
I was greeted immediately upon my arrival. I had an appointment for an oil change but I was told it would still take one to two hours. However, I was also given the option of having a LYFT driver take me back home free of charge - which I did. That is a nice touch! My 2021 Corvette was serviced and all systems checked out OK. I always feel like I get friendly, fair, and quality service at this dealership.
Just had the worst experience.
Besides wasting my time I also wasted my money. The supervisor Chuck is no good and his customer service skills are atrocious. Went in to turn in a vehicle I had “purchased” and I thought was “approved” but I did not like the counter offer from the bank so I returned it. I had just filled up the gas tank on the Silverado and Chuck said we will get you your car back and get you some gas.

The employees were friendly and professional, but frankly the dealer markup "market adjustment" and amount of add-ons they tried to sell me were insulting (over 10k above MSRP). The add-ons sounded negotiable at least to a degree, but I had a quote without market adjustment elsewhere and they weren't dropping that, so I walked before any kind of markup negotiation took place. Initial valuation on my trade in also sounded a little low, maybe they would have budged a bit on that I didn't get around to discussing that part much at all.

The Freeway Chevrolet Salesman was not honest when he told us that a damaged drivers side mirror had been ordered and that the dealership would replace the damaged mirror housing once it came in. Actually the part was not ordered until a week after we purchased our 2020 Fiat. Ultimately the mirror was replaced some four weeks later. Jake from service was awesome but the sales staff wasn't completely honest. Borderline deceptive practices were used to make a sale. We will go elsewhere for any additional required service needs.
The only thing I didn’t care for was the payment feature. I filled it all out but didn’t go thru. It was frustrating after filling out that they had to send me a verify number to complete, then I lost my place or it took me too long!

This is the first car I bought from Freeway Chevrolet. Todd James and Andrew Billy were great. I stopped by to see the new C8 70th anniversary Corvette. I was there for 15 minutes. Ended up buying the car basically over the phone and signed all the docs over the internet. I was so easy! on pick up day we were done with the orientation and final signatures and on our way within an hour. I would definitely recommend a buying experience from Freeway.
